Curtis Lindy Wickline was among the early great sprinter jumpers. His 220 yard time of 22.1 works out to an equivalent of 22.20 in today's metric equivalnet and stood as the record for 21 years. His 100 yard times and long jumps were also excellent. He ranks 7th on the All Time Early Era High point list despite only having marks for two years.
