Huntington captured 2 of the 3 methods and was the only team to score in every meet from 1914-1959. Using both the All Time Inclusive team scoring method and the All Time Exclusive team scoring method, they were number one. Huntington was led by three individuals who made the Top Ten Early Era Athlete list, Sprinter/Hurdler/Thrower Bob Wright (1937-1939), Sprinter Jimmy Dial (1945-1947) and Sprinter/Hudler John Perry (1953-1954). Huntington captured 13 team championships during this period including two 3-peats.

Charleston scored more points as a team than anyone else during this period and captured Method 3. They trailed Huntington by less than 3 ranking poings. Charleston was led by two individuals who made the Top Ten Early Era Athlete list, Sprinter/Jumper Curtis Wickline and Pole Vaulter Rock Ehle. Charleston captured 12 team championships during the period including a four year run from 1933-1936.

Coming in a distant, but easy third was Stonewall Jackson. Not a single athlete made the Top Ten Early Era Athlete list but legendary coach Russ Parsons helped the team capture 8 STRAIGHT titles from 1948-1955. Stonewall did have many great individual athletes during this era including Bill Jarrett and Bobby Downs.
