Huntington took two of the 3 scoring methods on their way to an easy decade championship. They captured 3 team titles during the decade. Bob Wright, RunWV's pick for the best track and field athlete of the early era and won 11 individual events in his career. Wright won titles in the 100, 220 yard dashes and the 120 and 220 yard hurdles as well as the discus. He set records in the 120 hurdles and discus. Jimmy Warfuel was also among the decades top performers as he excelled in the sprint events for the Pony Express.

Tridelphia did not win a team championship during the decade, but was the decade's seconb best overall. Rivlin was among the decades top performers and won the individual high point title in route to a sweep of the sprint events in 1935. Two time winners also included King (HJ), Romankoski (880), Meder (sprints) and Marshall (Javelin)

Charleston won more championships than anyone during the decade (4) and came in a solid third. Bill Halstead and Sammy Gardner each captured high point titles with each winning two events during the decade. Grubb and Lucas also won two events each during the decade.
