20th Annual Chick-Fil-A Invitational Information
Location: Wood County 4-H Grounds on Butcher Bend Road in Mineral Wells, WV.
Date: Saturday, September 7, 2019
7:30 AM – 9 AM: Course Tour
9 AM: Girls’ High School Varsity Race (All Classes)
9:30 AM: Boys’ High School Varsity Race (All Classes)
10 AM: Girls’ High School Junior Varsity Race (All Classes)
10:30 AM: Boys’ High School Junior Varsity Race (All Classes)
11 AM – 12 PM: High School Awards & Elementary School Races
(Elementary races will be grades 1-3 & grades 4-5)
12 PM: Girls’ Middle School Varsity Race
12:20 PM: Boys’ Middle School Varsity Race
12:40 PM: Girls’ Middle School Junior Varsity Race
1:00 PM: Boys’ Middle School Junior Varsity Race
1:20 PM: Middle School Awards
$50 per high school team (if both boys and girls full team, then $100).
$25 per middle school team (if both boys and girls full team, then $50).
For individual runners (not full team) high school, it is $10 per athlete.
For individual runners (not full team) middle school, it is $5 per athlete.
Varsity races consist of 7 runners. These do not need to be stated on your entry. After your top 7 runners, as many runners can enter the junior varsity race.
Checks should be made payable to: Chick Fil A Invitational.
Checks may either be brought on the day of the race or mailed to:

Any school whose entry fees have not been received by race time will NOT be allowed to compete. “Checks in the mail” do NOT constitute received payment.
Coach’s Packet: All coaches will receive a packet upon arrival to the race. Your packet will include athlete numbers, meet times, a course map, pins for numbers, and a voucher for one free combo meal at Chick Fil A.
T-Shirts: T-shirts will be sold for the event on race day.
Awards: Awards will be given to the top 40 individuals in the varsity races and top 20 individuals in the junior varsity races. Regarding teams, the top 6 varsity teams will receive awards and top 2 junior varsity teams will receive awards.
Entries: Entries must be submitted to racetimeentry.com. Entries MUST be submitted no later than midnight on Monday, September 2nd.
*no entries need to be made for elementary runners. They will simply line up at the start line on race day.
