OF 2013 AAA REGION 1 MEET & AA-A REGION 1 MEET ON OCTOBER 24, 2013 |
We are extending an invitation for
your school to be a part of the 13th annual Chick-Fil-A Invitational
on September 7, 2013. The meet site is
the Wood County 4-H Camp on Butcher Bend Road in Mineral Wells, West Virginia
(See directions and details on back).
You
can preorder T-shirts by visiting T-Shirt Order Form.
The
course is run entirely on grass and is a combination of gently rolling hills
and flat areas, which should provide for very good times. The high school races will be 5,000 meters,
the middle school races will be 3,000 meters, and the elementary races will be
1,500 meters. There will be an admission
fee for spectators. Change facilities
and restrooms will be on site at the campgrounds. There will be a large area for school tents
and parking for at least 5,000 cars. In
the event of inclement weather, various buildings are available for cover for
participants as well as spectators.
Exclusive Chick-Fil-A Invitational T-shirts will be on sale on
site. Hot and cold concessions will be
available. The awards’ ceremony will be
on site, next to the start/finish area.
You must
register online. Go to www.timetoenter.com to
register. Entry fees for our meet are $35 for each team per high school
(if both a boys' and girls' team, then $70) and $20 for each team per middle
school (if both a boys' and girls' team, then $40). There is a $5 per runner fee for all other
individuals. Please make checks payable
to: Chick-Fil-A Invitational and mail
to On the Run, 2903 Emerson Avenue,

NOTICE: Any school whose entry fees have not been
