Entries: Entries are due March 30th 2026 @ 9:00 am on Athletic.net. All
middles schools are welcome to join us for this wonderful meet on the Campus
Beautiful! There is no limitation to the number of athletes you can put in one
event. There is a cap of 4 events per athletes. For entries please use your
athlete s latest PR s or speculative mark. We will be going through verifying
marks. Entry list is available on Athletic.net under NewRiver Timing Co before
the start of the meet.
Officials: WVSSAC will officiate the meet. Officials interested in working the
track meet please reach out to newrivertimingco@gmail.com
A stipend is available for those wanting to work.
Entry Fee: All entry fees will need to pay by Check, Made out to Concord
University. A W9 is attached as a file on Athletic net. $60.00 Per Gender
or $100.00 per School.

Schedule: The event schedule is to be considered tentative until all entries
are received. A Final time Schedule will be posted on Athletic.net and emailed
to the coaches on March 30th, 2025 @ 1:00pm. Event Check in will take place at
the Maroon Concord Tent on the FB Field. Please Check in 30 Minutes Prior to
your event. Hip Numbers will need to be placed on your left chest.

Parking: Callaghan Stadium is located on the Concord University Campus. There
are several options for parking on Campus. All Parking is Free, and is on a
first come first serve basis. A map is placed below for bus parking/ Spectator
Parking.
Facilities: Lighted Stadium and the track is composed of 6 lanes, each are 41
wide. The surface was redone in the summer of 2017 in grey with maroon lines.
Located on the back side of the track is the shot put ring, and the long jump
pit. The front side of the track holds the high jump pit. Discus ring is
located on the front side of Campus @ Witherspoon Park. A Free shuttle is
available to the area for athletes.
Equipment: Concord university will provide blocks for the events, although you
are more than welcome to bring your own. Implement inspection will be done at
the maroon tent on the middle of the football field. General: All running
events are finals that will go against each section, no prelims will be
contested. For all Field Events, we will be doing 3 Throws, and the top 9 will
go to finals.
