Ritchie County Middle School will be hosting a Quad meet at Ritchie County High School on Wednesday, April 09, 2025.

Date: Wednesday, April 9, 2025

Time: Field events will begin at 4:30 pm; running events will start at 5:00 pm.

Entry Fees: $50 per team ($100 for both boys and girls), please pay entry PRIOR to meet day.  Please make checks payable to RCMS, 201 Ritchie County School Rd. STE 2, Ellenboro, WV 26346.

Entry Deadline: Hy-Tek entries need to be emailed to cody.stewart@k12.wv.us by Friday, April 4, 2025.  The event file that is needed will be posted on www.runwv.com. All entries must have a time/distance/height entered.

Entries: 3 Entries per event, no B relays

Scratches: Please email your scratches and replacements by 12:00 PM Wednesday April, 9, 2025, to cody.stewart@k12.wv.us . Last minute scratches and replacements will also be accepted from 3:30-4:00 pm at the meet, however, please make every effort to have all scratches and replacements completed prior to the meet.  This will help us start on time, have a great meet, and get on the way home in a timely manner.

Miscellaneous: The concession stand will be open.  Starting blocks will be provided.  The longest spikes permitted on our track are 3/16 inch.  This will be a one session meet.  Team tents must be placed in the bleachers opposite the press box.
