Time: 3:30 Scratch Meeting

4:00 Field Events

4:40 Running Events

· One Session Meet

· We will use a rolling schedule, please make sure your athletes are prepared

Maximum 8 teams on first come first serve basis

** Cost: $50 for girls - $50 for boys

“B” Teams less than 10 athletes free of charge, More than 10 athletes $20

Please indicate your intention to enter by emailing Andrea Marino at ahopem@yahoo.com  to request the Hytek file ASAP, no later than April 10.  Once you have the file make your entries by emailing your completed files to Andrea Marino at the address above.  Please send entries no later than April 25.  Last minute scratches and substitutes may be added as late the day of the meet, no additions. 

Entries: Per WVSSAC rules, Maximum of 4 events per individual athlete, no more than 3 running per athlete

Cannot compete in successive running events

We will need all coaches to help with field events

Concessions will be available
