100 M	1. Kayla Haywood	Bridgeport
	2. McKenna Smith	Bridgeport
	3. Emilee Henry	Herbert Hoover
	4. Marlee Angelucci	North Marion
	5. Brooke Snyder	Frankfort
	6. Josie Raines	Roane
Haywood has 4 runs better than anyone else's best. She's been under 12.50 three times.
Smith has a pair of runs under 12.60 and four under 12.80. Henry has the 3rd best top
time and was 3rd last year. Angelucci has the next best top time. Snyder has the 6th
best top time but the 3rd best series. Raines has a better top time than Snyder. 8
have been under 13 seconds. 11 have been under 13.20.

200 M	1. Kayla Haywood	Bridgeport
	2. McKenna SMith	Bridgeport
	3. Brooke Snyder	Frankfort
	4. Josie Raines	Roane
	5. Marlee Angelucci	North Marion
	6. Serena Mullins	Nicholas
Haywood has the only sub-26 run in the field. She has 3 runs better than anyone else's
best. Smith has the next best time by almost 0.7 seconds. Her five best runs are better
than the remainder of the field's best. Snyder is the only other one to have been under
27 seconds. Raines has the next best top time. Angelucci has a slightly better overall
series than Raines, but Raines is better at the top end. Mullins is the only other one
to have been under 27.50. 10 have been under 28.

400 M	1. McKenna Smith	Bridgeport
	2. Emilee Henry	Herbert Hoover
	3. Lexi O'Dell PikeView
	4. Ashley Griffin	Berkeley Springs
	5. Estella Lambert	Petersburg
	6. Adriana Cook	Independence
I'm giving Smith the nod over Henry despite Henry having the better top time. Smith's
overall series was better and Henry struggled at her Regional. O'Dell only has the 5th
best time, but easily has the 3rd best series. Griffin and Lambert both ran under 61
at their Regional. Cook has a couple runs under 62.50 including one under 62. She'll
have to make her noise from the first heat, though. Only 7 in the field have been under
63 seconds. 11 have been under 63.60, though.

800 M	1. Kelsey Chambers	Oak Glen
	2. Samantha Stout	Webster
	3. Kylie Rutherford	Wayne
	4. Danielle Haynes	Berkeley Springs
	5. Alicia Parsons	Grafton
	6. Adriana Cook	Independence
Chambers has the top time in the field by over 7 seconds. She has at least five runs
better than anyone else's best. Stout was 3rd a year ago, edging Chambers at the line.
Rutherford has a better top time and a better series than Stout. Hayes also placed last
year and is the only other one to have been under 2:30 thus far. Parsons has a strong
series, and I'm not convinced she's shown all she can do yet. Cook has a 2:30 to her
credit. 8 have been under 2:32. 11 have been under 2:35.

1600 M	1. Kelsey Chambers	Oak Glen
	2. Alicia Parsons	Grafton
	3. Kylie Rutherford	Wayne
	4. Samantha Stout	Webster
	5. Danielle Haynes	Berkeley Springs
	6. Kinsey Reed Berkeley Springs
Chambers has the top time in the field by nearly 14 seconds. Her 5th best run is almost
5 seconds ahead of anyone else's best. Parsons has the next best time. Rutherford has
the 2nd best series in the group. Stout only has the 7th best time in the group, but she
may be the most capable of challenging Chambers. Haynes is one of just 3 in the field
with two runs under 5:40. Reed has a 5:36. 6 have been under 5:40. 12 have been under
5:44. Spots 2 through 6 really could go a lot of differrnt ways. Samantha Graffius
of Scott has the 4th best time in the field and is certainly a threat.

3200 M	1. Kelsey Chambers	Oak Glen
	2. Alicia Parsons	Grafton
	3. Kinsey Reed Berkeley Springs
	4. Samantha Stout	Webster
	5. Kylie Rutherford	Wayne
	6. Aidan Payton	Nicholas
Chambers has the best time in the field and is the only one with three runs under 12:00.
Parsons has two runs within 5 seconds of Chambers' best, and she was the State Cross
Country champion. Reed only has the 5th best time, but she puts together strong races
in the big meets. Stout and Rutherford battle again. I have those two duking it out
in all three events. Those five have all been under 12:00. No one else has been under
12:20. I gave Payton the nod over Frankfort's Julianna Butcher due to a better series.
Butcher has a better top time by 1.6 seconds. 10 have been under 12:30.

100 HH	1. Elizabeth Messer	Nicholas
	2. Emily Smith Summers
	3. Jenna Alonge	Bridgeport
	4. Mateah Kittle	Bridgeport
	5. Janessa Adams	Ritchie
	6. Madison Haught	North Marion
Messer has the top time in the field and easily the best series. Smith is the defending
champion and has the 2nd best series, but only the 4th best topt time. Alonge has the
2nd best top time. Kittle stepped forward at her Regional as did Adams. Haught is the
only other one to have been under 17 seconds.

300 LH	1. Jenna Alonge	Bridgeport
	2. Janessa Adams	Ritchie
	3. Grace Montgomery	Sissonville
	4. Cecelia Napier	Keyser
	5. Anna Cokeley	Ritchie
	6. McKenzi Fisher	North Marion
Alonge has the best time in the group by nearly a second. Adams has the 2nd best time.
Montgomery has the 3rd best time and the 2nd best series. Those three are the only ones
to have been under 50 seconds. Napier will have to score from the first heat, but her
series rivals that of Adams. Cokeley has a pair of runers under 51 seconds as does Fisher.
Fisher has a better top time, but just by 0.02. 7 have been under 51 seconds.

4x100 M	1. North Marion
	2. Bridgeport
	3. Keyser
	4. Weir
	5. Roane
	6. Frankfort
North Marion has the top time in the field by almost a full second. Bridgeport is the
only other team to have been under 53 seconds. Keyser has the 3rd best top time and the
3rd best series. Weir has the 4th best top time. Roane has the 5th best top time and
a better series than Weir. Frankfort is the only other team to have been under 53.50
seconds. No other team has been under 54.50 seconds.

4x200 M	1. Bridgeport
	2. North Marion
	3. Keyser
	4. Nicholas
	5. Berkeley Springs
	6. Frankfort
Bridgeport and North Marion battled at the Big 10 Championships to within 0.08 of each
other with Bridgeport getting the edge. With the top 2 in the 200 on this unit, it's
hard to pick against Bridgeport. Those two have been under 1:48. no one else has been
under 1:51. Keyser has gone under 1:53, and they could move Alexis Spitzer onto this
unit. Nicholas has been under 1:52 but no other runs under 1:54. The 1:51 meet didn't
provide relay names, so I don't know if there were substitutions or what the deal was.
Berkeley Springs has upward potential. Frankfort gets the nod over Oak Glen on a better
series and a better Regional time.

4x400 M	1. Berkeley Springs
	2. Petersburg
	3. Keyser
	4. Weir
	5. North Marion
	6. Oak Glen
Berkeley Springs is the only team that I'm confident can go under 4:20. I think things
get really close after that. I have 7 teams within 4 seconds. I'm going with Petersburg
2nd, Keyser 3rd, and Weir 4th because they've been there. Keyser has a substitution they
can make that could push them to 2nd. I like North Marion's upward potential. Oak Glen
will be running in the 1st heat, but they have potential to contend for 2nd. 6 have
already been under 4:25. 11 have been under 4:30.

4x800 M	1. Oak Glen
	2. Berkeley Springs
	3. Keyser
	4. Liberty Harrison
	5. Philip Barbour
	6. North Marion
Oak Glen is clearly the class of the field with a time 26 seconds ahead of everyone else.
Berkeley Springs appears to be a step ahead of the remainder of the field. Keyser has
some upward potential. I just don't see a lot of ways for these teams to improve
themselves. I'm sure somone is going to leap forward, but I have no idea who it will be.
I think North Marion can be very much in the range of Liberty Harrison and Philip Barbour.
It won't be a surprise is Philp Barbour runs close to Keyser. I think Wayne may move
Kylie Rutherford from the 4x400 to the 4x800. Webster may do the same with Samantha Stout.
Either move puts those teams in contention for a place. I also think Scott has the
potential to be dangerous.

Shuttle	1. Ritchie
	2. North Marion
	3. Bridgeport
	4. Nicholas
	5. Oak Glen
	6. Scott
Ritchie has the only run under 1:08 in the field. North Marion has the only other run
under 1:09. Bridgeport has a pair of runs under 1:10 as does Nicholas. Oak Glen has a
pair of runs under 1:11. Scott has been under 1:11. 9 have been under 1:12.

H Jump	1. Shania Riffle	Fairmont Senior
	2. Olivia Vanoy	Ritchie
	3. Kylie Gump Ritchie
	4. Hannah Phillips	Liberty Harrison
	5. Caity Hudnall	Roane
	6. Bailey Aab Herbert Hoover
Riffle has a 5'4 jump to her credit but no other jumps higher than 5'0. Vanoy has a 5'1
and three 5'0 jumps including one at her Regional. Gump has three 5'0 jumps including one
at her Regional. Hudnall has a pair of 5'0 jumps. Aab has a 5'0 jump and a bunch of 4'10
jumps. No one else has cleared 5'0. 9 have cleared 4'10.

P Vault	1. Shania Lloyd	Roane
	2. Skyla Haught	North Marion
	3. Sarah Cokeley	Ritchie
	4. Kylee Goodson	Roane
	5. Taylor Marsh	Herbert Hoover
	6. Caroline Lloyd	Bridgeport
Shania Lloyd has the only 9'6 vaults in the bunch, and she has 3 of them. Haught is the
only other one to have cleared 9'0, and she's done it 3 times. Cokely is the only other
one to have cleared 8'6, and she has four 8'0 vaults to go with it. Goodson is the only
other one to have cleared 8'0, and she's done it twice. Caroline Lloyd has three 7'6
vaults, as does Keyser's Alexis Spitzer, but Lloyd beat Spitzer at the Regional and has
vaulted well late in the season. Plus, Keyser may pull Spitzer to add her to the 4x200
or the 4x400. There are only 9 vaulters in the competition but they've all cleared 7'6.

L Jump	1. Alexandria Allen	Liberty Harrison
	2. Kayla Haywood	Bridgeport
	3. Josie Raines	Roane
	4. Mateah Kittle	Bridgeport
	5. Emily Smith Summers
	6. Kylee Leathers	Roane
Allen has a trio of 17'0 jumps and is the defending champion. Haywood has a 17'0 jump
and a pair of 16'11 jumps. Raines joins those two as the only ones in the competition
to have five 16'0 jumps. Kittle has a 16' jump and four others of at least 15'5. Smith
has a 16' jump and placed last year. Leather has five jumps of at least 15'5. Ten jumpers
have gone at least 15'3.

Shot	1. Raina Young Bridgeport
	2. Reilly Gunter	Lincoln
	3. Kasinda King	Frankfort
	4. Mikayla Little	Ritchie
	5. Kaitlin Bush	Roane
	6. Kiana Swann Bridgeport
Young's top throw is over 2 1/2 feet further than anyone else's best. Her 5th best
throw is better than anyone else's best. Gunter is the only other one to have topped
34', and she easily has the next best series. King has a pair of throws over 33' and
three others of at least 32'6. Little has a 33' through and three others over 31'.
Bush has a 32' and a 31'. Swann has threee of at least 30'10 and has been throwing her
best in her last three meets. 7 have thrown at least 32'. 8 have thrown 31'. 11 have
thrown 30'.

Discus	1. Mikayla Little	Ritchie
	2. Raina Young Bridgeport
	3. Hannah McCall	Bridgeport
	4. Emily Griffith	Bridgeport
	5. Emmy Delekta	Oak Glen
	6. Megan Testament	Independence
Little has the top throw in the field and easily has the best series. Young has the
2nd best throw and is the only other one with five 100' throws. McCall has the next
best throw and the next best series and won the event last year. Griffith has the next
best throw and the next best series. Delected is the last of the field to have hit
100'. Testament has easily the next best series. 5 have been over 100'. 8 have been
over 95'.
