100 M	1. Bria Welker Frankfort
	2. Candace Brown	Summers
	3. Alex Burch Oak Glen
	4. Sharia Hernandez	Keyser
	5. Samara Kendrick	Liberty Harrison
	6. Madison Cunningham	Lincoln
Welker has the top time in the field and is the only one with multiple FAT runs under 13 seconds.
Brown has actually won the event the last two years, including a win over Welker two years ago.
Burch finished just 0.01 behind Brown last year. Hernandez has been consistently fast. Kendrick
has a very good series despite barely making the field. Cunningham has the 4th best time in the
field and the third best series, but having already done both the 400 and the 300 Meter Hurdles
will likely impact her performance.

200 M	1. Bria Welker Frankfort
	2. Candace Brown	Summers
	3. Alex Burch Oak Glen
	4. Madison Cunningham	Lincoln
	5. Allison Smith	Point Pleasant
	6. Sharia Hernandez	Keyser
Welker is the prohibitive favorite with a top time a full second ahead of everyone else. She
also has three runs under 26 seconds while no one else has any. Brown has three runs under
27 seconds and the next best time by over 0.3 seconds. Burch and Cunningham each have a pair
of runs under 27 seconds. Smith is the only other one under 27. Hernandez has been under 27.15.
Only one other competitor has been under 28 seconds.

400 M	1. Bria Welker Frankfort
	2. Alex Burch Oak Glen
	3. Madison Cunningham	Lincoln
	4. Katie Jan Frankfort
	5. Hailey Miller	Ravenswood
	6. Dani Robey Liberty Harrison
Welker is again a strong favorite with a top time over 2 seconds ahead of the field and five times
better than anyone else's best. Burch is the only other competitor under 60 seconds and won the
event last year. Cunningham almost won it last year and has five runs under 61.3. Jan actually
has a better top time than Cunningham but doesn't have the same top-end speed. Those four are
the only ones who have been under 61. Two others have been under 61.5. Only 8 have been under 63.

800 M	1. Katie Jan Frankfort
	2. Andrea Porter	Point Pleasant
	3. Kylie Rutherford	Wayne
	4. Kristen Mastrantoni	Weir
	5. Danielle Haynes	Berkeley Springs
	6. Sarah Boddy Keyser
Jann is a strong favorite with a top time over 6 seconds ahead of everyone else. Her # 5 time is
over 2 seconds ahead of anyone else's best. Porter and Rutherford are the only other ones to have
multiple runs under 2:30. Porter has five and Rutherford has 2. Mastrantoni and Haynes have
better series than Boddy, but Bodd is just one of four to have gone under 2:30. Four have been
under 2:30. 7 Have been under 2:32. 12 have been under 2:35.

1600 M	1. Katie Jan Frankfort
	2. Kelsey Chambers	Oak Glen
	3. Kristen Mastrantoni	Weir
	4. Andrea Porter	Point Pleasant
	5. Brianna Waybright	Philip Barbour
	6. Sarah Boddy Keyser
Following the 400 immediately with a 1600 is a tall order. I think Jan will be up to the task.
Her top time is over 19 seconds ahead of anyone else's, so she doesn't have to be able to run
her 100% best. Chambers and Mastrantoni are the only other ones to have gone under 5:30.
Waybright has a better series than Porter, but I think Porter's better finishing speed will be
the difference. Those five have been under 5:37. No one else has been under 5:40.

3200 M	1. Katie Jan Frankfort
	2. Kristen Mastrantoni	Weir
	3. Brianna Waybright	Philip Barbour
	4. Kelsey Chambers	Oak Glen
	5. Andrea Porter	Point Pleasant
	6. Alexis Virtue	Weir
Jane only has the 5th best time in the field. However, she thumped all of these competitors in
the State Cross Country Meet and has a 5:07 1600. She's the only one in the field that I think
can run under 11:30. Mastrantoni has the top time in the field and three runs under 11:50.
Waybright has three runs under 12:00 and beat Jan at the Regional. Chambers has a pair of runs
under 12:00, the 2nd best time in the field and beat Mastrantoni at the Regional. Porter has
also gone under 12:00. I think any of these five could win it. Virtue was 3rd last year and
has a history of strong State Meet performances. 5 have been under 12:00. 8 have been under
12:06.

100 HH	1. Emily Smith Summers
	2. Erica White Keyser
	3. Amber Summers	Shady Spring
	4. Allison Evans	Keyser
	5. Kristin Boyd	Shady Spring
	6. Paige Smearman	Oak Glen
Smith has the only sub-16 run in the field and has a pair of runs that are at least 0.3 seconds
better than anyone else's best. White has the next best series. Summers has a slightly better
top time than White. Smearman is actually the only one in the field with a full series of runs
under 17 seconds.

300 LH	1. Amber Summers	Shady Spring
	2. Erica White Keyser
	3. Ali Kominsky	Shady Spring
	4. Madison Cunningham	Lincoln
	5. Kristin Boyd	Shady Spring
	6. Amy Webster Oak Glen
Summers has the top time in the field. White has the best overall series. Kominsky has the most
runs under 49 seconds. Cunningham has the best speed, but will have already run the 400. It's a
tough double. People do it every year, but it's tough. This one should be fun. 7 in the field
have been under 49 seconds.

4x100 M	1. Keyser
	2. Liberty Harrison
	3. Oak Hill
	4. Weir
	5. Point Pleasant
	6. Summers
Keyser has gone under 52 seconds three times. Liberty Harrison is the only other team to have
been under. 3 others have been under 53. 9 total have been under 54.

4x200 M	1. Liberty Harrison
	2. Keyser
	3. Oak Glen
	4. Summers
	5. Shady Spring
	6. Point Pleasant
Liberty edged Keyser at the Regional, so I'll give them the edge again. They are the only two
teams to have gone under 1:50. Keyser has done it twice. Oak Glen has been more consistent
than Summers, but Summers has the better top time. The front four have all been under 1:50.4.
No one else has been under 1:51.

4x400 M	1. Keyser
	2. Oak Glen
	3. Wayne
	4. Weir
	5. Webster
	6. Liberty Harrison
Keyser is the favorite. I can see them in the 4:13 range. I don't really see anyone really
threatening them unless Oak Glen moves Burch to this from the 4x200. I have Oak Glen and Wayne
battling for 2nd. I actually show Weir with better potential than either, but their Regional
time left them in heat 1, and that will make it tough. Berkeley Springs and Petersburg will
definitely be in the hunt.

4x800 M	1. Weir
	2. Wayne
	3. Webster
	4. Oak Glen
	5. Berkeley Springs
	6. Keyser
I think Weir is the only one that can threaten to go under 10:00. I'm not sure they can, but
I don't think they'll have to. Wayne and Webster should battle for 2nd. I really feel like
these 6 are a good bit ahead of the rest of the field.

Shuttle	1. Keyser
	2. Ritchie
	3. Tyler Consolidated
	4. Oak Glen
	5. Webster
	6. Point Pleasant
Keyser has the top time in the field and has run under 1:09 five times. Ritchie has come on
late with a pair of runs under 1:09 in their last two meets. Tyler Consolidated is the only
other team to have run under 1:09. Oak Glen is the only other team to have been under 1:10,
and they've done it three times.

H Jump	1. Sarah Haynes	Berkeley Springs
	2. Casey Solomon	Berkeley Springs
	3. Kylie Gump Ritchie
	4. Mikayla Clegg	Tyler Consolidated
	5. Brenna Williams	Independence
	6. Johnna Akers	Lincoln
Haynes is the only one in the field with multiple jumps higher than 5'0. She has a pair of 5'2
jumps and a 5'0 jump. Solomon cleared 5'2 at the Regional meet and has a full series of 5'0
jumps to her credit. Gump is the only other competitor with a full series of 5'0 jumps. Clegg
went 5'1 at the Regional, but that's been her only 5'0 clearance. Williams has a pair of 5'0
jumps, but they both happened in March. Akers is the only other one to have cleared 5'0.

P Vault	1. Toni Davison	Berkeley Springs
	2. Haylea LeMasters	Tyler Consolidated
	3. Shania Lloyd	Roane
	4. Tristin Toman	Ritchie
	5. Casey Solomon	Berkeley Springs
	6. Whitney Layton	Point Pleasant
Davison is the only one to have cleared 9'0, and she's done it three times. Lemasters got 8'6
at the Regional Meet, and has a pair of 8'0 vaults. Lloys is the only one other than Davison to
have five clearances of 8'0. Toman in the defending champion and seems to have regained her
form with 8'0 vaults in her last two meets. Solomon is one of just three to have cleared 8'6.

L Jump	1. Bria Welker Frankfort
	2. Alexandria Allen	Liberty Harrison
	3. Mykayla Garrett	Ritchie
	4. Hunter Sodaro	Braxton
	5. Jordan Bennett	Berkeley Springs
	6. Johnna Akers	Lincoln
Welker has an 18' jump and a full series over 17'0. No one else has hit 17'0. Allen has three
leaps over 16'. Garrett and Sodaro each have a pair of 16'0 jumps. Bennett is the only other
one to have jumped 16'0. Each has a solid full series of jumps. Outside these five, no one
else has jumped more than 15'9.

Shot	1. Harley Stotler	Berkeley Springs
	2. Amanda Clark	Oak Glen
	3. Emily McClain	Roane
	4. Britney Henson	Roane
	5. Jasmine Johnson	PikeView
	6. Cassidy James	Braxton
Stotler has the top throw in the field by over 2'. Her # 5 throw is nearly a foot further than
anyone else's best. Clark and McClain are the only other competitors with multiple throws of
34'. Clark has 4 and McClain has 3. Henson actually beat them both at the Regional. Johnson
has a better series than James.

Discus	1. Mikala Nicholson	Roane
	2. Harley Stotler	Berkeley Springs
	3. Kendra Johnson	Keyser
	4. Britney Henson	Roane
	5. Alicia Marshall	Shady Spring
	6. Mikayla Little	Ritchie
Nicholson has come on strong late with her two best throws coming in the last two meets. Her
Regional throw is over 6' better than anyone else's best. Stotler has the best overall series
of throws. The next three all have at least 3 throws over 100'. Six have thrown 100'. Ten
have thrown 95'.
