How to Enter!

You can enter the Clarksburg Area Race Series by several different methods:

1. Email us your name, address, and birth date at runwv@hotmail.com and state that you want to participate in the Clarksburg Area Race Series.

2. Print the form provided at the bottom of this page, and mail it to RunWV HC 67 Box 46, West Union, WV 26456. Click on How to Print for information about printing.

3. Print the form provided at the bottom of this page, and drop it in the Clarksburg Area Race Series Entry Box provided at each of the 10 participating races. Click on How to Print for information about printing.

If you've already entered, be sure to check the list of Official Entrants to make sure that we have received your entry form. If you've completed the entry form and your name is not on the offical entrants list, we probably didn't get your form. Email us and let us know and we'll get you signed up.

Due to the fact that this is the first year for the Clarksburg Area Race Series, you will be able to choose to participate in the race series at any time during the year prior to the final race, and we will retroactively calculate your totals for any series races you may have run before officially entering. If you plan to enter, please do it as early as possible to help reduce the amount of record keeping necessary
