the runners who performed in the Regional Meets will be
the same ones who perform at the State Meet.

Coaches, if your State Meet lineup is going to be different
than your Regional Meet lineup, please let us know so we
can adjust our Predictions accordingly.  

Example 1:  If you only ran six runners at Regionals, such as
Magnolia's Boys Team, but will be running seven at the State
Meet, please let us know who that seventh runner will be.

Example 2:  Joe and Jenny Shmoe were sick on the day of Regionals
and did not run, but they will be running at the State Meet, please
let us know that they will be running and who they are replacing.

Additonal Comments -- Josh Watson has been somewhat sporadic
this season.  He missed a great deal of time with injury and
has had several less-than-inspiring meet performances.  However,
he did take second overall (behind Ricky Moore) at the Fairmont
Times Invitational with an outstanding time and won his region
by a large margin.  Watson may still be struggling with the 
injury and with his conditioning and putting forth a full effort
only when necessary.  The State Meet is necessary.  The battle
for second goes to West Garrett.  Gates beat him at Williamstown
earlier this season, but Garrett has gotten the best of him since
then.  Gates gets the nod over Spielman despite falling to him
at the regional meet. 

In the team competition, Charleston Catholic has superior depth
to Doddridge, but doesn't have someone who can jump up into
the top five.  Doddridge has three strong front runners, two of
which could easily jump into the top five, and on a great day, so
could the third.  Those frontrunners will be too much for Charleston
Catholic to overcome.
