Webster County High School & Middle School Cross Country Teams would like to invite your school to the 2025 Big Ditch Lake Invitational that will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

Schedule: 4:00 Middle School Girls

4:30 Middle School Boys

5:00 Middle School Awards

5:15 High school Girls

6:00 High School Boys

Kids Fun Run to follow High School Boys Race

HS Awards to follow Kids Run

Roster: Unlimited entries per team.  Top seven (7) will count as your team and the top five (5) will be used for your team score.

Awards: Top 20 individuals in each race and Top 2 Teams in each race

Course: The course is an out and back with the only variation being going up the one major hill called Coyote Pass on the way back.  The rest of the course is flat to slightly rolling. 

Entry Fees: $60 for one team ($100 for boys & girls)

Individuals - $10 per athlete

Payment:  Please make checks payable to Webster County High School.

To Enter:         Please enter on athletic.net.

Concessions: Concessions and T-shirts will be available on-site.

Directions: Big Ditch Lake is located at the Junction of Rt. 82 and Rt. 20 near Cowen, WV.  Overflow parking will be at Glade Elementary School, and we will have a shuttle transporting back and forth from Glade to Big Ditch Lake
