Attention All WV Cross Country Coaches,
If your team or an individual qualified for the 2010 WV State Cross Country Championship, you must email a list of your coaching staff to wvstatemeet@gmail.com ASAP. Your coaching staff must be recognized by the WVSSAC as a head, assistant, or approved volunteer Cross Country Coach. All schools and coaches names will go on a list at the front entrance to Cabell Midland High School. This list will get your coaches in free to the state meet and will be checked off as they arrive. They must be on the list or otherwise they will have to pay the admission fee of $8.00.
Teams qualifying get all members in free along with your approved coaching staff. If an individual qualifies, their coaches gets in free, but other team members must pay the admission fee. Parents drivers of your team or etc are not considered part of your coaching staff and must the admission fee.
At this time, there are 27 teams who we do not have your coaching staff names. Please help us and email those names ASAP. This will make the state meet run smoother for you & our gate people.
