ST ALBANS RED DRAGON

CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

On behalf of St Albans High School, you are cordially invited to be a part of our 2^nd Annual Red Dragon Meet on September 25^th. The meet will be held at St Albans City Park.

The course will be a challenging mix of ups and downs with lots of turns. Mostly trails with one area of asphalt to cross, a true cross country course. There will be a small admission fee for spectators and an area for tents. Parking will be restricted for spectators to the large lot at the top of the hill near the pool. Restrooms are available but no shower facilities. Awards ceremony will follow after the high school and middle school races and will be at the start/ finish area.

High School Boys 9:30

High School Girls 10:15

Middle School Boys 11:00

Middle School Girls 11:30

Team Trophies 1^st – 3^rd

Individuals Medals Top 10

ENTRY FEES $50.00 per school or $30.00 per team, $6.00 per individuals.

Make checks payable to St Albans High School. Checks and rosters should be received by Sept 22^nd.
