Shady Spring Invitational
- 2010
The Shady Spring High School Cross Country team will be
hosting the fifth annual Invitational on September 18, 2010 at Little Beaver
State Park. The course is set on the mountain top at the lake and
runs through gravel roads, grassy fields and a short section of pavement.
Much of the course is visible to spectators and there are several grassy areas
to sit and watch. T-Shirts will be available for purchase as well
as concessions.
Times: 9:30 Tour Course- All runners
10:30 Boy’s and Girl’s Middle School Division – Girls start
after boys or co-ed if limited number of runners.
(If middle school boy/girl teams run
together, they will be scored separately)
11:30 Girl’s High School Varsity Race (unlimited number of runners)(5K)
12:30 Boy’s High School Varsity Race (unlimited number of runners)(5K)
Awards:
Middle School
Individuals: Medals to top 15 runners in each gender division
Team Trophies – 1st Boys/2nd Boys and
1st Girsl/2nd Girls
High School
Individuals: Trophies to top 10 runners and medals to 11-20in each gender division
Team Trophies – 1st Boys/2nd Boys and
1st Girsl/2nd Girls
Entry Fee: High
Schools: $60.00 per school or
$35.00 per high school team. Middle Schools: $40.00 per
school or $25.00 per middle school team. Individuals:
$8.00 per individuals. Please make Check payable to;
Shady Spring High School Cross Country. All entries must be in by
September 13. You must pay before race
day.
Rosters and entry fees are
