The Region IV Cross Country Regional will be held at the Valley Park in Hurricane on Oct 21st.

Girls Race 4:30
Boys Race 5:15

Awards will be medals to the top 10
Team award for 1st

There will be no admission fee for anyone at this meet. Hurricane High will cover all expenses that occur.

There will be a meet T-Shirt for sale.

Please check your eligibility sheets. If anyone has been added to the roster, be sure that the update has been sent to me and the WVSSAC.

2. Only 7 runners per team may compete in the Regional meet with the other 3 as alternates.
