Hope you are enjoying the summer and looking forward to XC season! The people at TriStateRacer.com and Cabell Midland worked together to create a system for all coaches to use for XC Meet Entry.

I want to take a minute to introduce you to TimeToEnter.com. This will be the one-stop for all WV coaches when entering your team into meets. The more meets that sign-up for this service, the easier it will be on everyone this fall!

TimeToEnter.com is a database driven website that will allow you to enter your team one time and enter any meet that has signed up for this service. The Geico Classic, Chick-Fil-A Inv., All Regionals, and the State Meet are using this site. Every coach in the state will log into this site for at least the regional entries. Why not make it a little easier on everyone else by signing your meet up for this service?

After you sign up as a meet director, you will be given a custom username and password (Different from your coaches UN and PW) that will give you access to downloading a text file that you can easily import into Hytek or any other scoring software of your choice!

Also, with this system, if you enter your athletes e-mail addresses, we will be able to send them a customized e-mail with their results at the WV State Meet!
