HORNET’S INVITATIONAL AWARDS

2010 CROSS-COUNTRY SEASON

ELKINS MIDDLE SCHOOL (HOST SCHOOL)

(Saturday, September 25^th, 2010 @ the Randolph County 4-H Camp)

The following awards will be handed out: (Sponsored by “Elkins Kiwanis”)

1. Finishers ribbon

2. 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^{th & (}5^th )(NEW**) place team trophies for Boys & Girls Varsity teams.

3. Individual team trophies for 1^st place Boys & Girls teams…(one for each team member) – (Bronze “runner”)

4. Smaller individual team trophy for 2^nd place Boys & Girls teams…(one for each team member) (NEW**)

5. Individual Team Medals for 3^rd place Boys & Girls teams…(One for each team member)

6. Individual team ribbons for 4^th place boys & girls teams. (One for each team member)

7. Team awards for top (2) Jr. Varsity boys/girls teams.

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

1). Individual awards to the Top 20 Boys & Girls Varsity runners…

(1^st-10^th place receives a small trophy) – (11^th –20^th, Medal)

2). Individual “Medals” to the Top 15 Boys & Girls Jr. Varsity runners…

ENTRY FEES

Please make all entry fees payable to “Elkins Middle School Cross-

Country”. Coaches, you may choose two methods of getting me your entry

Fee:

1. Mail to; Coach Todd Price, 213 Hickory Drive, Elkins, WV 26241, or;

2. Hand deliver your entry fee when you arrive.

____ For (2) Varsity Teams – Boys & Girls $$$$$ ($50.00) Must have team roster submitted by (Sept. 20^th, no later than Sept. 22^nd), 2010

____ For (1) Varsity Team --- Boys (or) Girls - $$$$ ($35.00) Must have roster submitted by the above date.

____ For any incomplete Varsity teams, - Boys or Girls -- $$$ 5.00 per runner

**Jr. Varsity runners, (No charge), bring as many as you can.

**There will be a 90% chance we will have our meet scored electronically, so (keep checking the; “Runwv.com” web page for entry details. I still would like to have your entries faxed to (304-636-9187) or mailed.
