Entries due by September 28. All I need is your top 7 runners and their grade level. You can use the RunWv generic form if you prefer. Changes to your lineup can be made as you arrive at the meet, but must be made by 10:15 AM.

Place: Warm Springs Middle School Rt. 9 Berkeley Springs

Directions: Turn onto Rt.9 East at the Sheetz which is on Rt 522. Travel approximately 1.5 miles, turn left onto Fairfax Street, Almost immediately, you will turn onto the Warm Springs campus. follow signs.

Parking: Practice field near course start-finish or at nearby Warm Springs Intermediate School. Please follow the signs.

BUS PARKING will be reserved near the Middle School.

9:00 Course open for touring

10:00 Coaches' Meeting

11:00 High School Girls

11:40 High School Boys

12:15 JV Boys and Girls combined

Entry Fee: A fee of $70 for two teams, $45 for one team, $10 per individual.

Checks payable to Berkeley Springs High School.

Awards: Top 2 teams, Top 10 individuals.

Admission: $3.00

Invitational T-Shirts will be sold.

Changing facilities will be available at Warm Springs Middle School

Limited concessions will be available.
