LOCATION:

Races will be run on the grounds of the US Bank/Mason County Schools Indoor Athletic Complex behind Maysville Community College immediately across the street from the Mason County Intermediate School.

This is the same location as years past, it just has a new name.

RACE/AWARDS SCHEDULE:

9:30 Girls Elementary K-6 1 mile Top 25 $25Team/$5Ind.

9:45 Boys Elementary K-6 1 mile Top 25 $25 Team/$5Ind.

10:00 Girls Middle School 8^th and under 3K Top 25 $30 Team/$6Ind.

10:30 Boys Middle School 8^th and under 3K Top 25 $30 Team/$6Ind.

11:00 Girls Varsity 12^th and under 5K Top 30 $40 Team/$8Ind.

11:45 Boys Varsity 12^th and under 5K Top 30 $40 Team/$8Ind.

Trophies to first and second place team in each race. Medals will be awarded in the chute. Team trophies may be picked up any time after results are posted. A trophy presentation ceremony will follow the varsity races.

6^th Grade and Under Races: Unlimited entries. Trophy to the winner, Medals top 25, Ribbons to all others. All team runners beyond 7 do not displace other team runners.

8^th Grade and Under Races: Unlimited entries. Trophy to the winner, Medals top 25. All team runners beyond 7 do not displace other team runners.

12^th Grade and Under Races: Unlimited entries. Trophy to the winner, Medals top 30. All team runners beyond 7 do not displace other team runners.

COVER ALL FEE $150 FOR ALL RACES EXCEPT OPEN 5K

Please make parents aware there will be a general admission charge.

All entries are due Sunday 9/14/08. Use Hy-Tek entries – email entire roster. Also supply the expected number of participants in each race. Export your roster file to mkachler@maysvilleky.net . $10 additional charge for non Hy-Tek entries. $10 additional charge for late entries.

DIRECTIONS:

From East- Take AA Highway to the intersection of AA Highway and US 68/US62. Turn Left and go to the second stop light just beyond Maysville Community College. Turn right onto Clarks Run Road. Race site will be on the right approximately ¼ miles.

From West- Take AA Highway to the intersection of AA Highway and US 68/US62. Turn right and go to the second stop light just beyond Maysville Community College. Turn right onto Clarks Run Road. Race site will be on the right approximately ¼ miles.

From South- Take US 68 to Maysville. Go to the second stop light. Turn left onto Clarks Run Road. Race site will be on the right approximately ¼ miles.
