“The Hilltop Runners Invitational”

Dear Cross Country Coaches,

The Terra Alta East Preston School Cross Country team would like to invite you to the Hilltop Runners Invitational.

When: Tuesday, September 30, 2008

Where: The Hilltop Runners Invitational will take place at Terra Alta East Preston School in Terra Alta, West Virginia. The course encompasses the school and has hill crossings and flats. Most of the course is viewer friendly and is approximately 2 miles.

Event Schedule:

3:00 - 4:00 P.M. Walk the Course

4:00 P.M. Coaches’ Meeting (if necessary)
4:30 P.M. Varsity Boys’ Race
5:00 P.M. Varsity Girls’ Race

5:30 P.M. Combined Junior Varsity Race (depending on numbers)
6:00P.M. Awards Ceremony

Awards: Team plaques for: Varsity 1^st/2^nd/3^rd places and, Medals for the top 15 individuals.

Team plaques for: Jr. Varsity 1^st place and, Medals for the top 5 individuals.

Entry Fee: The entry fee will be $20 per team ($40 if you have both boys’ and girls’ teams) and $2 each for individual runners. Please make checks payable to Terra Alta East Preston School.
