We are pleased to announce that Open Registration for this year’s Nike Team Nationals on Dec. 1 begins this Wednesday, October 3 at midnight PST. Spots into the open race will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 30 teams in each gender. Entry fee is $125 per team. You can reserve your spot by logging on to www.NikeTeamNationals.com. The race will take place before the NTN Finals Championship races. Start times and other details, including recommended hotels, will be available at www.niketeamnationals.com in the Open Race FAQ section.

Each club team must be comprised of 7 team members, whom all attend the same high school. Participating athletes will get the chance to race a boys and a girls high school club from Kenya. The Singore Girls High School and Kapcherop Boys High School earned the chance to come to Portland by winning a qualifying race against other high school clubs in Kenya.

We hope you’ll join us for the chance to compete with the Kenyan athletes on the same course as the best high school cross-country clubs from around the country. Nike Team Nationals is a great way to finish up your cross-country season, compete for top team and individual finisher awards in the Open Race, and secure a front-row seat afterwards to watch the Nike Team Nationals races.
