Where: Poor House Farm Park

Martinsburg, West Virginia

Course: A 5K course run on the grounds of Poor House Farm Park. The course is mostly grass, with rolling hills, some woods trails, and a stream crossing.

Awards: First and Second place Varsity Teams (B & G)

Top 7 Varsity Runners (B & G)

Top 5 JV Runners (B & G)

Meet Schedule: 8:00 a.m. Course open for teams

9:30 a.m. Coaches meeting

9:45 a.m. Combined JV Race (unlimited)

10:30 a.m. Varsity girls race (7 runners)

11:15 a.m. Varsity boys race (7 runners)

12:00 p.m. Awards

Facilities: You may bring a tent to set up for your team. The park does have bathrooms available. Please pick-up all trash before leaving for the day.

T-shirts: You may pre-order our short-sleeve Invitational T-shirt by using the included order form. The T-shirts will cost $10 if

pre-ordered. Please specify the number of T-shirts for each size. Each team will receive their T-shirts upon payment at the coaches meeting. There will be a limited number of T-shirts available for purchase at the meet for $12.00.

Entry Fee: $50.00 per High School (Varsity & JV)

DIRECTIONS

FROM WINCHESTER: Take I-81 north into West Virginia. Get off at the King Street Exit (#13). Take a left off the ramp, go approximately 2.8 miles. Turn left on Poor House Road, follow for approximately .8 of a mile, and turn left into Poor House Farm Park.

FROM HAGERSTOWN: Take I-81 south into West Virginia. Get off at the King Street Exit (#13). Take a right off the ramp, go approximately 2.8 miles. Turn left on Poor House Road, follow for approximately .8 of a mile, and turn left into Poor House Farm Park.
