2007 ELKINS FOREST FESTIVAL CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

Location: Davis & Elkins College Athletic Fields

Elkins, WV

Date: Sept. 15, 2007

Event Times: Varsity Girls – 10:15am

Varsity Boys- 11:00am

Combined JV- 11:45am

Awards – 12:45am at Gates Tower

Entry Fee: $60.00 for two varsity teams; $35.00 for one varsity team; $5.00 per individual. There will be no charge for junior varsity runners.

Course description: 5000 meters, open fields, woodland trails, stream crossings, variety of terrain

Concessions: A concession stand will be provided by EHS Boosters.

T-Shirts: There will be meet t-shirts available on sale for those interested.

Coaches packets: These will available at the meet site on arrival. They will contain meet directions, course maps, and scoring materials. Scoring will be done on Hy-tek.

Admission Fee: There will an admission fee for anyone that is not a participant or coach.

Team tents: The tent area will be next to Gates Tower. Please do not set up on the gravel roads.

Entry Deadline: Sept. 7, 2007
