Final Information for Bearcat Invitational

We will be using the chip timing method on Saturday.  It is very important that you get each athlete to return the chip at the end of the race.  Please make sure that all chips are properly afixed to the shoe.  They cost $20.00 to replace.

Since we will be using this timing method it is not necessary to run a separate JV race for the middle school.  The middle school girls race will begin at 11:00am and the boys will immediately follow the conclusion of the girls race-approx. 11:30.  Awards will be at 12:00 or as soon as scoring is completed.

The course is very dry at this point in the season with no rain.  We are trying to smooth out any rough spots.  It would be a good idea to come and walk the course prior to the race so you can see any trouble spots on the course.  If you have any concerns prior to race time, please let me know.
