Dear Coaches,

The GEICO Classic is only a day away. The weather looks like 30% chance of showers starting at 4:00pm on Friday & changing to 40% by 7:00pm. The morning brings only a 30% chance of showers. By 1:00pm it drops to 10% & of course that is when the last race is scheduled.

For teams coming on Friday, you may set your tent up that evening & Midland has a 24 hour security guard on watch. Nobody will bother your tents & our X-C staff will be at Midland very late on Friday. We faxed your school a map of the schools grounds to help you get around on Saturday. We have created "Tent City" located behind the school just 130 meters from the start. It is right beside the concession stand & bathrooms are located on the backside. We also have a larger set of bathrooms located inside the stadium. The best way to get to tent city is drving around the right side of the school to the back. You can drop off your athletes & tents & only have a 10 meter walk to tent city.

We will also have your packets ready by Friday & you may pick them up.
