Cross Country Meet

Time: Course Walk 9:00am

Coaches Meeting 9:30

JV Race (boys and girls) 10:00

Girls Varsity 10:45

Boys Varsity 11:15

Awards 12:15pm (approximately)

Entry Fee: $50.00 per school for both teams or $25.00 per team

$5.00 per individual runner (if not a member of a complete team)

Free for all JV runners, providing a varsity team is entered

Scoring: WVSSAC Rules Apply

7 runners per team in varsity races

Facilities: Restrooms at stadium

T-shirts: Will be available during the race

Cost will be $12.00

Awards: Plaques for top two varsity teams (boys and girls)

Trophies for top ten varsity individuals (boys and girls)

Ribbons for top ten JV individuals (boys and girls)

*The award ceremony will be held at the Frankfort High School football stadium shortly following the boy’s varsity race.

Course: Challenging, rolling terrain, mostly grass with some wooded area

Rosters: Can be faxed or mailed to Frankfort High School by September 1^st
