Dear Coaches,

I have had numerous requests to buy the video that was shown at the State Championship awards ceremony. I had to get permission from the WVSSAC because it was a state championship. The WVSSAC said no problem & gave us permission to sell the DVD.

Each DVD will contain the following:
AA-A Opening video
AA-A Closing video
AAA Opening video
AAA Closing video
AAA Entire awards ceremony (We do NOT have the AA-A awards ceremony because we never planned to release the DVD. We taped the AAA awards ceremony to critique our awards ceremony incase we needed to make improvements.) Next year, we will have both awards ceremony on the DVD.

The DVD will cost $15.00, which includes shipping. Each DVD has a menu, so you can pick what you want to watch. Also, each DVD has a custom design on the front that displays what is on the DVD. Cabell Midland will not make a penny from the DVD's being sold and any proceeds after shipping, materials, & use of equipment will go to our Awards Coordinator for all his hard work & expertise towards the awards ceremony.

Ask your athletes & parents if they want a copy & I can ship all DVD's to your school or home address. The DVD's will be shipped within 24 hours of recieving your order by email. I trust our Cross Country coaches, so we will not wait for your check to arrive before shipping your order.
