I wanted to make one last invitation to all coaches and athletes who might need a place to compete on Oct. 7. Keep the Ashland Invitational (5th Annual) in mind - it should be a beautiful day to run with teams from three states (KY, OH and WV) competing. An open race will kick things off at 9 a.m. and the boys varsity race will cap off the day at 11:45. There will be elementary and middle school divisions and awards will be presented in all three divisions. T-shirts will be on sale and I can provide you with hotel or restaurant information if it is needed. We have had as many as 20 schools at this event and are expecting another quality field. Ashland is located just off I-64 near the KY/WV border for those that aren't familiar.

Please let myself or Ashland Head XC Coach Phillip Caudill (pcaudill@ashland.k12.ky.us) know by Sunday if you are planning on bringing your team so we can make arrangements. It should be another wonderful meet.
