Midland Early Bird
Cabell Midland would like to invite your team to the 10th Annual Midland Early Bird this Cross Country Season. At Cabell Midland our main focus is to make this a great experience for all teams & we work very hard to achieve this goal. We hope your team joins us on September 3rd.

Time: 9:30am Boys & Girls Jr. High (3K)
10:00am Boys Varsity (5K)
10:30am Girls Varsity (5K)
11:00am Boys & Girls JV (5K)
Awards: Team Trophies for top 3 Varsity
Team Trophies for top 2 JV & Jr. High
Individual Trophies for top 15 Varsity & 16-25 ribbons
Individual Trophies for top 10 JV & Jr. High & 11-20 ribbons
Entry Fee: $50 for Boys & Girls teams
$30 when just entering one team Boy or Girl
**$50 maximum cost per school for all races**

Entry Forms: We have three ways you can enter the meet.
1) Online Entry Using Hy-Tek Team Manager Lite. The meet file can be found here. Meet Manager Lite is a free program which you can
downloaded from the Hy-Tek website. E-mail your completed entry file to mlucas1215@aol.com.
2) Completing the entry form on your computer and e-mailing the file. E-mail the completed form to mlucas1215@aol.com.
3) Fax/Mail the completed entry form

Scoring: Top 7 count for scoring purposes. You can only enter 7 runners for the Girls & Boys Varsity races, but the JV & Jr. High races are unlimited entries. Scoring is computerized by Hy-tek with results posted 10 minutes after each race. Also, all coaches will receive a copy of results.
Concessions: Food & Drinks will be available for purchase. Also, meet
t-shirts will be available for $10.
