2005 Little Kanawha Conference Cross-Country Championship Meet

 

 

Dear Cross-Country Coach,

 

            Doddridge County High School is pleased to host the 2005 LKC Cross-Country Championship Meet.  Listed below is information that may be useful to you as you plan for the meet.  Feel free to call or e-mail me if you have any questions.

 

 

Date:               Thursday, October 13

 

Schedule:        4:30pm Varsity Girls

                        5:05pm Varsity Boys

                        5:40pm JV Boys & Girls Combined

 

Awards:          Trophies for 1st and 2nd place teams (1st place will be given out at the LKC Banquet in May)

                        Medals for varsity placers 1-20 (The top 10 will also receive plaques at the LKC Banquet)

                        Medals for JV placers 1-5

 

                        These awards will be given out at the conclusion of the meet.

 

Entries:           Fax to Josh Weekley @ 775-655-5335 by Monday, October 10th.  Please be prompt, listing varsity and JV, separately.  You may use the form posted on www.runwv.com or a form that is similar to it.  It will be possible to make changes at the meet.  There is no entry fee.

 

Misc.:             1) There will be a concession stand.

                        2) LKC t-shirts will be on sale.

                        3) Please let your parents and other fans know that we will be “taking donations” at the meet.  (We are not allowed to charge admission at the Doddridge County Park.)  We are hoping to cover the cost of the medals.  Any surplus will go to the Little Kanawha Conference.
