8:30 - Adult Open 5K (non high school runners)

9:15 - Girls Middle School 3K

9:40 - Boys Middle School 3K

10:00 - High School Girls 5K

10:40 - High School Boys 5K

11:15 – Reserve Girls 5K

12:15 – Reserve Boys 5K

12:00 – Awards

 

Course:

 

A challenging two-loop reversal course around Ridenour Lake.  Rolling hills, trails, grass fields, and pavement. The course is clearly marked with judges positioned throughout the course.

 

Scoring:

 

Seven runners will be permitted to run from each school in the varsity races. The top five will count for a team score. Individuals will be removed for team scoring. An unlimited number of runners may run in the reserve and the middle school races with the top five scoring.

High School Varsity 1st – 2nd Overall Boys/Girls

Reserve 1st Overall Boys/Girls

Middle School 1st – 2nd Overall Boys/Girls

 

Individual Awards:

 

 

Adult Open 5K Run - Top 10 Male & Top 10 Female

Varsity Boys – Plaques 1-10, Medals 11-20

Varsity Girls – Plaques 1-10, Medals 11-20

Reserve Boys – Plaques 1-5 , Medals 6-10

Reserve Girls – Plaques 1-5, Medals 6-10

Middle School Boys – Plaques Top 5

Middle School Girls – Plaques Top 5

 

Entry Fees:

 

$40.00 ( Varsity Boys and Girls teams, both )

$25.00 (Varsity Boys or Girls Team, one)

$30.00 (Middle School Boys and Girls teams, both)

$15.00 (Middle School Boys or Girls Teams, one)

$5.00 (per individual)
