Course: |
A challenging two-loop reversal course with around the
lake with hills, trails, grass fields, and pavement. The course is clearly marked with judges
positioned throughout the course. |

Scoring: |
Seven runners will be permitted to run from each school in the varsity races. The top five will count for a team score. Individuals will be removed for team scoring. An unlimited number of runners may run in the reserve and the middle school races with the top five scoring. |
|
