DOWN ON THE FARM INVITATIONAL
Dear Cross Country Coaches,
The
South Preston Middle School Cross Country team would like to invite you to the 1st
Annual Down on the Farm Invitational. We greatly look forward to hosting middle school teams on our
viewer-friendly course at Tunnelton-Denver Elementary.
When: Tuesday, September 16, 2003
Where: The Down on the Farm Invitational will take place at
Tunnelton-Denver Elementary School in Tunnelton, West Virginia. The course is fast and challenging with
flats, meadows, hills, and woods. The
course is viewer friendly and is approximately 2 miles.

Awards: Team plaques will be awarded along with ribbons to the top-10
finishers.
Entry Fee: The entry fee will be $20 per school and $2 each for individual
runners. Please make checks payable to South Preston Middle School.
Concessions: Light concessions will be available as well as the official Down
on the Farm Invitational T-shirt.
Deadline: If your school is interested in competing in the Down on the Farm Invitational, please
contact Brad Martin at South Preston Middle as soon as possible. Entries will
be limited due to limited space.
