For those of you who just haven't gotten enough Cross Country, there are a few Cross Country Meets left in the season.

November 15 - Mideast Meet of Champions Open Race
Dayton/Kettering, OH
This race would be particularly good for Juniors who think they may qualify to be a part of Team WV for the 2004 Mideast Meet of Champions.

November 15 - WV USATF/AAU Cross Country Championships
Coonskin Park, Charleston, WV
The top 12 youth individuals and the top 3 teams in each age division qualify for the AAU National Championship meet on 12/6 in Dayton, OH. The top 25 youth individuals and top 3 teams in each age division qualify for the USATF Regional Championship meet on 11/22 in Cleveland, OH. You will have to have a USATF and/or AAU card. These can be purchased at the meet and cost $12 for youth and $15 for adults.

November 22 - WV Open Cross Country Championships
Buckhannon, WV
5K race that starts at 10:30 AM. If you're going to Footlocker, this could be a good tuneup race, particularly if you haven't raced since the State Meet. The course is all grass, with two bridge crossings.
