LOCATION: West Liberty State College softball field located behind faculty housing (Entrance next to the ATM)

PARKING: Parking is located behind Hughes Hall, next to the baseball field. Also, there will be parking next to the tennis courts.

COURSE: Challenging, competitive course ran around the athletic fields and through the woods behind campus. There are a couple minor asphalt crossings and creek crossings along with some hills. Mile markers will be posted on the course Splits will be given at the 1^st and 3^rd mile markers. Radio communication will be located throughout on the course.

SCORING: Unlimited entries per team for men and women’s races. However, only the top five will count for a team score. Computerized scoring will be used.

AWARDS: Trophies will be given to the top two teams in each race. T-shirts will be given to the top 15 individuals in each race.

FACILITIES: Pending inclement weather, awards will be handed out near the start/finish line. Otherwise, Blatnik Hall will be used for the awards ceremony. Restrooms will be located near the start/finish line. Also, showers and restrooms are located in Blatnik Hall (gym) on campus.

T-SHIRTS: Short/Long sleeve T-shirts will be sold near the start/finish line area.

FIRST AID: EMT’s and athletic trainers will be stationed at the start/finish line.

ENTRY FEE: Entry fee will be $50.00 per team. If less than five runners on a team, then $10.00 per runner will be charged. Men and women are considered two teams. Entries should be paid by the start of the women's race.
