Those of you who do not have a conference meet on October 12th now have a competitive option.

The Southern West Virginia Warm-Up Meet is going to be held on October 12th at 5:00 PM at Oak Hill High School.

This meet is open to anyone and THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE.
